All Jette & Jo books are printed and shipped by Amazon Kindle KDP and Lulu Direct, third-party print-on-demand fulfillment services. Amazon and Lulu Direct are responsible for the printing, packaging, and shipment of all book orders.

Order Processing
Because our books are printed on demand, orders typically take 3–5 business days to be printed before shipping. Processing times may vary.

Shipping Times
After printing, shipping times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are provided by Lulu Direct.

Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by Lulu Direct based on destination and shipping method.

Once your order ships, tracking information is provided by Lulu Direct via email when available.

Jette & Jo does not control or manage the shipping process. All shipping, delivery timelines, carrier handling, and transit issues are the responsibility of Lulu Direct and the selected shipping carrier.
